Don Bosco Youth Welfare Centre Parra in association with leaders in the hospitality industry, offers various short-term courses of six months duration each, inclusive of a two months internship at a leading 5-star hotel. Students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to kick start a rewarding career in hotels, cruise liners, airlines, railways, retail, food courts etc.
Courses offered:
Food and beverage service course: This program aims to equip students with basic skills and knowledge of customer care, service standards, service sequence etc.
Front office course: This course will equip students with the skills and knowledge of customer care and service, interdepartmental coordination, reservation system and other activities related to the guest cycle
Housekeeping course: Students will be trained with basic skills required to ensure that guest rooms, public areas etc. are clean and well maintained, handling chemicals safely and various cleaning procedures for different surfaces.
